2.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellations
- Customers may cancel their appointment for sample collection by notifying Diakart at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled time.
- Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointment may not be eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellation requests must be made via WhatsApp or customer support helpline – +91 7760 94 94 94.
2.2 Diakart-Initiated Cancellations
- Diakart reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Phlebotomist unavailability
- Extreme weather conditions
- Operational challenges
- In such cases, customers will be notified promptly, and a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Refund Eligibility
- A full refund will be processed if the cancellation request is made at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment.
- If a cancellation request is made within 2 hours of the appointment, a partial refund may be issued at the discretion of Diakart.
- Refunds will not be applicable once the phlebotomist has arrived at the designated location for sample collection.
- Refunds will not be applicable once the sample collection has been successfully completed.
3.2 Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
- Customers will receive a confirmation email or SMS once the refund is initiated.

4. Rescheduling Policy
- Customers can reschedule their appointment free of charge if the request is made at least 2 hours before the scheduled time.
- Rescheduling requests made within 2 hours of the appointment may be subject to availability and additional charges.
