Diakart Healthcare Technologies Private Limited (“Diakart”) is committed to providing seamless and hassle-free diagnostic services. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for the cancellation of home collection service appointments and refund eligibility.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellations

  • Customers may cancel their appointment for sample collection by notifying Diakart at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled time.
  • Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointment may not be eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellation requests must be made via WhatsApp or customer support helpline – +91 7760 94 94 94.

2.2 Diakart-Initiated Cancellations

  • Diakart reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:
    • Phlebotomist unavailability
    • Extreme weather conditions
    • Operational challenges
  • In such cases, customers will be notified promptly, and a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Refund Eligibility

  • A full refund will be processed if the cancellation request is made at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment.
  • If a cancellation request is made within 2 hours of the appointment, a partial refund may be issued at the discretion of Diakart.
  • Refunds will not be applicable once the phlebotomist has arrived at the designated location for sample collection.
  • Refunds will not be applicable once the sample collection has been successfully completed.

3.2 Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
  • Customers will receive a confirmation email or SMS once the refund is initiated.

4. Rescheduling Policy

  • Customers can reschedule their appointment free of charge if the request is made at least 2 hours before the scheduled time.
  • Rescheduling requests made within 2 hours of the appointment may be subject to availability and additional charges.
