Cancellation and Refund of amount.

  • Not able to make it to your appointment?
  • Well, here is what you can do.

Call the Diakart helpline and ask to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

  • If you inform us within 15 days, you will get a complete refund. If not, the purchase will be considered as cancelled and the amount will not be refunded under any circumstance.
  • Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of services.
